Books for children can be chosen carefully by a parent so that the end result is that a child has the opportunity to learn the things that the parent wants them to learn. For example, if you would like your child to learn about space, you could hand them a book and ask them to read it. They will then learn the things that you wanted them to. Children can learn many wonderful values from the books that they read.
